MEDITATION THEME ' BALANCING 5 ELEMENTS '

The universe is made up of 5 elements and so we are.If there is any disbalance in these elements, we fall sick and our body and mind get disbalanced. So , to restore this balance, we will be doing meditation with certain frequency and mantra, with mudra . These 5 elements are the essence of the entire world, both within you and outside, so it is more than essential to connect with them for tapping into the powers of the Universe. It might seem rather surprising but the 5 elements influence behaviour, emotions, and overall health. Balancing these elements in just the right way is the key to a happy and healthy life. If we take some time to understand the elements and relate to them, we can use them to stay in balance physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. It is Very effective to do this meditation to balance chakras , As each chakra is also connected to these elements of the universe.

Ayurveda recognizes five great elements, or pancha mahabhutas, representing the most important foundational aspects of nature and matter: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These natural elements are considered the building blocks of all material existence. Ayurveda also observes these same five elements within the human body and mind—as it exists in nature, it also exists within you. Everything in life is created with varying proportions of these five natural elements.

ROLE OF EACH ELEMENT IN OUR BODY

Each element is responsible for different structures in the body. Earth forms solid structures, such as bones, flesh, skin, tissues, and hair. Water forms saliva, urine, semen, blood, and sweat. Fire forms hunger, thirst, and sleep. Air is responsible for all movement, including expansion, contraction, and suppression. Space forms physical attraction and repulsion, as well as fear.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ELEMENTS IN OUR BODY ARE IMBALANCED ?

If any element is impure or out of balance with another, disease and suffering may occur. Meditation helps us purify these elements and restore balance and health, and to unfold the inner powers and abilities contained in each element.
